I am a product design and business strategy enthusiast striving to improve user experiences through my unique understanding of how objects function and interact through a childhood of tinkering in the garage with my grandfather.
This curiosity has extended beyond a product's function into why we do the things that we do because continuing to do things the way they have always been done, is not a good foundation for change.
During my time at Western Michigan University, I studied the development of infants, redesigned packaging with a heavy focus on ergonomics, and launched a product that generated $45K in student scholarships in two years. Most recently, I led a team of students to victory on a consulting project where we gave a recommendation on achieving growth goals through geographic expansion.
When I’m away from work, you can find me outside. I am an offshore competitive sailor, advanced scuba diver, and avid skier.
I play devil’s advocate, manifest positive energy, and have a deep curiosity for how design, people, and businesses are organized and interact in the world.
